About The Partner

The Bar formerly known as the Arc has recently been taken over by the Seán Doyle Group who have exciting plans to re-design the space and turn it into an all-new, chic and stylish Gastro Bar. This truly impressive building, previously a family run Café Bar was first developed over 13 years ago and is split over four levels including two amazing outdoor areas. With the foundations already laid for a fabulous venue and the inclusion of one of Ireland’s greatest interior designers’ Brian McDonald to the Seán Doyle re-design team, all are excited to see the magic unfold.

Owner Seán Doyle has already assembled a strong team of business, culinary, design and hospitality professionals led by General Manager Gerry Crawford, assistant managers Ken Keogh and Neil Donegan and head chef Conor McGowan, together with a crew of highly trained and enthusiastic waiting and bar staff, chefs, mixologists and baristas. As cutting-edge design renovations take place throughout the building, management and staff are working hard to create a perfect selection of food and drink menu choices.
